Personnel: Credtrack enables you to track any personnel information
that you choose. You can fill in any or all of the pre-defined information fields.
Records: Keep track of Certifications, Training, Meeting attendance,
or anything else that is important to your organization. CredTrack makes it simple
to create the records categories that you need. Once you create a category, you
can record group or individual attendance. For instance, if a group of employees
takes a first aid course, you can record all the employees at once.
Equipment: Credtrack allows you add any type of equipment. Whether
it's a company car, an excavator or a uniform. You can also track maintenance and
service/repair records for all equipment. Automatic reminders, triggered by date,
mileage, hours...etc. will keep you on top of your maintenance. Generate Preventative
maintenance checklists and work orders for ease of tracking maintenance and repairs
on equipment.
Departments: CredTrack can be set up to match your current organizational
structure.
Administrators (or users): Assign an individual to view/edit the
whole company or just their department. When you assign an administrator to a department,
they will be able to view,edit and generate reports from their department or any
or all of the departments below them.
